Super-FleaMan's Sing Song! [LOST BETA]

i was looking around at a my neighbors yard sale and i found this game it looked like a regular copy of super-fleamans singsong but then i was told its an old beta of the game during its development 

this game wouldn't work on regular 1996 game emulators and it wouldn't work on lokiture's official 1996 game emulator unmodded so i modded the emulator and made it so you start in the game with DEV_MODE already enabled [its how you start with FleaMan Roberts and biff]
